TRAVEL AND MEDICAL INSURANCE
I, the undersigned, have read and understood the following conditions and hereby agree that I participate in all the activities of this tour entirely at my own risk and that Daytrippers, their agents and the employees concerned, cannot be held responsible for any injury, loss or damage, howsoever caused; even in the event of negligence. In addition, in the event of injury to my person, I agree to pay the cost of all related expenses including ambulance services and the like.

Personal Belongings: own insurance

CANCELLATION BY THE Client
All cancellations have to be made in writing and sent by mail, fax or email to Daytrippers.

If cancelling the following policy will apply:
Should you wish to secure our services, we require full pre-payment no later than 7 days prior to departure. This quote is subject to availability of all services at time of confirmation.
Cancellation of a booking must be made in writing
*NOTE: “NO-SHOWS” OR TOURS CANCELLED LESS THAN 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE WILL BE CHARGED IN FULL. CANCELLATION FEES WILL BE CHARGED REGARDLESS OF THE REASON FOR THE CANCELLATION.

No refunds will be made for a cancellation during the course of the tour, nor for unused portions of the trip.

Provide you height for mountain bike. No Reckless bike driving. We only need this for the mountain biking and City Cycle tour
